"We are delighted to provide a reference for Edwin Sokukawa. Ed came to us highly recommended by our neighbours, for whom he had done an amazing job of refinishing/restoring their wood floors. We were so pleased when he agreed to refinish/restore the fir floors in the attic of our heritage home late last fall, 2007.
Ed did an outstanding job for us. Not only was his workmanship of excellent quality, but he was extremely profressional in every way. He was always on time, showing up when he said he would. If he was going to be even 10 minutes late, he called to let us know. He kept us well informed on a daily basis about what he was doing and stuck to his timelines.
He finished when he said he would. His workplace was always kept very tidy, and at the end of each day he cleaned up. He was always very considerate and accommodating to our needs/wishes. We had no hesitation leaving him alone in our home to do the work. The initial quote he provided for us was very accurate and very reasonable.
Ed is an extremely conscientious and trustworthy person. He has a very strong work ethic and takes great pride in the work he does, concentrating on the job at hand (he wasn't always running off to other jobs). He is honest, reliable, informative, very professional and personable, and above all, he does an incredible job. Our attic has been transformed.
We have no hesitation in providing a reference for Edwin. He is one in a million!
